Message	I understand that synthetic oil can last longer, however there have been no vast improvements in oil filters. Even though the pure oil will last longer it will still get contanminated. I still change my synthetic every 3000 miles and every 2000 miles when it is in high RPMs for extended periods of time @ track events.
